The fact that they are our hometown heroes doesn’t hurt our love for these folks!

That’s why when we started on our journey, at the top of our list was developing a Knō4Biz solution to integrate with Shopify. If we could make it easier for customers to update their addresses from stores they have purchased something from, we were going to make it happen for entrepreneurs first!

Shopify Customer Sync

Once you give permission to connect your account with us, we can ensure that you are able to keep in touch with your customers whenever they move or change jobs. Here’s what you can do with the Shopify integration:

• Sync all new customers contact information
• Accept new requests to customers to be added to your list
• Connect with Knō app users 
• Allow Knō users to update their email address, phone numbers and other contact information (shipping, billing or default address) from their phone.
