Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

There is no contract – just pay-as-you-go, month-to-month.  Just cancel before the next billing cycle and that’s it. 

What happens if I exceed my total contacts limit?

If your total number of contacts grows and exceeds the total billed for that month, then congratulations!  It means your company is growing and we want to encourage you to continue to grow.  We don’t bill you for success.  Your plan will remain as is and change at the next billing cycle.  We want to grow with you and that’s why our pricing tiers get cheaper the bigger your list grows.

Are there any setup or overage fees?

There are no setup fees, overage fees or hidden charges with any of our account plans.  We believe that being open and transparent with our customers is the only way to do business.

Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time?

Yes. We use a pay-as-you-go usage-based model, so your plan will automatically change based on the number of customers or subscribers in your database at your next billing cycle.  Your dashboard shows you the total number of contacts in your database at all times.  To cancel, simply contact us before the start of your next billing cycle.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment service which accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  If you’d like to use an alternative form, please contact your account manager.

Who is considered a subscriber or customer?

Any active contact included in the service you have connected to Knō4Biz will be considered a subscriber or customer.  For each connected service, you will see the total number of contacts being analyzed by Knō4Biz, which will be used for billing purposes. You never pay for deleted contacts, which are not included in the total shown.

Can I setup multiple services to sync with Knō4Biz?

Definitely. If you use different services for your email marketing, CRM and e-commerce store, you can set each of them up.  You can even configure to use different services for email marketing. For example, you can use MailChimp for newsletter subscribers and SendGrid for your customers and sync both lists through Knō4Biz.

Does Knō4Biz integrate with 3rd party services?

Absolutely! Think of us as that service in the background doing all your contact / subscriber / contact data cleanup while you focus on running your business.  We are adding new services all the time, but today we are proud to have integrations with Shopify, HubSpot, MailChimp, SendGrid, Sendinblue and Constant Contact.

Will my data be safe and private?

We take data security seriously at KnoRe:Me.  Our servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by 4-hour surveillance in countries that are focused on privacy protection and rule of law.  We ensure our application is always up to date with the latest security patches and is designed so that we don’t need to store personally identifiable information of your customers/subscribers.
